Composition
Each tablet contains Sildenafil 100mg (a phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor).
Indications
Restricted to adult males diagnosed with erectile dysfunction by a physician.
Requires sexual stimulation to be effective.

- Absolute Contraindications
Contraindicated with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or cardiac medications.
Not to be used by individuals allergic to Sildenafil. - Special Risk Alerts
Contraindicated in patients with cardiovascular diseases, severe liver or renal dysfunction.
Those with a history of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) should not use this medication.
Avoid concurrent use with ritonavir-containing antiviral medications. - Common Side Effects
Headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, visual disturbances (blue vision, photosensitivity).
Indigestion, dizziness. - Emergency Medical Events
Sudden hearing loss, prolonged abnormal erection over 4 hours - seek immediate medical attention.
Dosage and Administration
- Take orally as directed, 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.
- Initial recommended dose: 50mg, once daily.
- Maximum dose: 100mg, do not exceed one dose within 24 hours.
Storage and Safety
- Store below 30°C in a dry, light-protected area.
- Keep in the original aluminum foil packaging, out of reach of children.
- Expired medication should be returned to registered pharmacies.
